Add a bone in after binding

Skeleton -> Insert Joint

Skin -> Edit Smooth Skin -> Add Influence.

lock the new influ weights at 0 so that it doesn't change your current weight maps.



Move bone after binding

Skin -> Move Skinned Joint


Delete bone after binding

set joints' weight to be 0 ,which you want to delete

Skeleton -> Remove joint
